My thanks to a follower for providing me with this information.

It’s further evidence of how certain cull areas have being expanded by stealth after their first year of culling by providing a way for tenants to participate in the cull even when the landowner hasn’t given permission. There is no “TB Management Agreement” with the landowner, just an “access agreement” between the tenant and the cull company.

How many “anti-cull” landowners is this affecting? The Wildlife Trusts? The National Trust? The RSPB? Who knows? Because Natural England isn’t going to tell you or them.
